To fix a minor ceiling sag across several rooms in my unit: - kitchen and dining (see photo) - bathroom - 2 bedrooms The photo attached is the room that has the worse sag. The sag in the other rooms is hard to capture on camera.

I accidentally damaged a small part of a plaster gyprock wall on the stairwell of my house. Im looking for a qualified person to fix the damaged section and be able to paint it afterwards and complete the job to my customers satisfaction. I will attach photos to show the damaged section. I’m after someone to replace the gyprock in a bulkhead and wardrobe and then paint. Paint provided. Bulkhead is roughly 1400mm wide by 250mm high. Wardrobe section is 600mm by 1300mm

Need two holes in grpock fixed up. Both relatively small holes and have been roughly fixed up but need a proper fix. Left in a ready to paint condition.

Cut open existing plasterboard wall and install some plywood or timber bracing to take the weight of the tv. Reinstate Gyprock and install tv bracket above fireplace
