Experienced neat and tidy tradesperson to gyprock section of kitchen ceiling and wall where water damage has been repaired. Area of wall 100cm x 70cm approx and ceiling is two small areas (see image) A cornice will also be required to match existing . No painting but should be finished to a paint ready standard- (which will take place end of sep) Ideally to be done in one day in wc 14 sep as we are giving the space time to dry out.

I need 6 gyprock patches fixed. I need them to be scraped, plastered, dry over night, then sanded the next day. Leveled with wall and paint ready. 5 patches approx 20cm x 20cm 1 patch 2m x 0.5m I fixed the patches myself even applied one coat of paint. However I didn’t like the finishing. So need someone to do it professionally. I have more work similar to this that we can discuss once this is done. Thanks

The gyprock and attachment to which Bathroom exhaust fan is installed is getting loose and is tilted. We would need to secure it. I can’t take it to give a more clear picture otherwise it will come down as a whole.
