Looking for an experienced handyman or insulation installer to replace damaged ceiling gyprock and install foil insulation under the roof (as per attached photo). Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish. Clean up and dispose of waste

Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprock installer to repair and replace sections of walls following damp remediation works. I attempted to remove some of the damp brittle gyprock Property is a Victorian terrace in Surry Hills, and some wall sections at low level have deteriorated and been partially removed. Scope of works needed: • Remove any remaining damaged plaster / gyprock where required in addition to another room that needs replacing • Assess and prepare wall surfaces (some areas down to brick) • Install new plasterboard where appropriate OR rebuild using base coat plaster (open to recommendation) • Patch, set, and finish walls ready for painting • Ensure smooth, flush finish to match existing walls • Reinstatement around skirting boards

I have a bulkhead air con being installed Monday. Need the ceiling section where the air con is being installed sheeted before. No finishing or sanding required. Just along the back ceiling which is 12 meters by 1.2m Need some timber battens, Need insulation installed first, then double 13mm soundcheck gyprock. No sanding or finishing.

I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. Hi I am after someone to install gyprock on two small walls, and extend a suspended ceiling (to discuss on site).

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall

New raked ceiling needs to be sheeted in 13mm gyprock, walls need to be sheeted in 16mm firecheck, and some small sections of sheeting to be done downstairs in aquacheck. Setting and sanding to be done on all gyprock. I will provide materials to be ready on site. I have scaffolding on site.
