Just need four door handles drilled onto doors on new ikea kids cupboard - we just don’t own a drill. Extremely simple for anyone handy!

Wall dimensions: 437cm x 247 cm All installation materials and instructions have been provided by the supplier of the wallpaper, and the bolts for the wall have been supplied for the pegboard, I imagine a drill will be required to make the holes in the concrete wall. Wall paper is a mural provided by 'Photowall'. Installation kit (glue etc) has been provided.

Tasks are: -Fix toddler stepladder to the wall in kitchen (securing it for when it is not in use, e.g. straps or hooks - we do not have the straps or hooks needed) -Attach 2 small floating shelves to bedroom walls and two floating shelves -Finish assembly of a bed frame -Fix 3 screws in window latches -Attach towel hooks to walls -Replace sealant in bathroom -Advice on laundry organisation and grout

Add 2 hooks with drop down wire to ceiling. Ceiling approx 4m high. Clean around 4x ceiling vents. Hooks & wire not included.

We have a pole that appears to previously being attached to the street power. The pole appears redundant but does have lines coming out of it and back in. It needs a licensed electrician.

Have an approx 3 x 1m front door that is getting sun damaged and needs to be re-oiled / varnished. Beautiful door so need some one who does this professionally and can make it look like new.

Fridge doesn't fit through the door. Need someone to remove the door (nice and tidy, don't want any scratch on the floorboard), move the fridge just from inside to outside of the unit, and re-install the door. Task will need doing somewhere between 7th and 14th April. Note: fridge needs out, not in.

Replace the rotted timber external stair case (8 X treads and 2 X stringers). Reinstate the existing metal staircase balustrade / handrail. Provide extra cost to paint in Dulux colour: “Monument”
