Entry wall clean-up and boxing * Assess and tidy unfinished areas around the nook entrance. * Box in exposed sections where required using timber framing and plasterboard. * Create clean, straight wall lines and transitions. * Prepare all new surfaces ready for finishing and painting. 2. Timber beam installation * Supply and install a timber beam/batten to close a gap on the left-hand side of the exposed timber ceiling. * Beam should match the existing ceiling character as closely as possible. 3. Plasterboard wall finishing * Tape and set all plasterboard joins. * Cover and finish screw holes. * Install and finish external corner beads where required. * Square-set wall and ceiling junctions (no cornices). * Prepare walls ready for painting. * Sand and finish as required. Hey, we’d like to remove a timber and glass folding door and close off the archway with a plasterboard wall. The wall will need to be fixed securely into the concrete walls either side, and finished with plasterboard so it blends in with the existing walls. I’m looking for a reliable handyman for a 2–3 hour job at my apartment in Manly. Tasks include: 1. Cabinet Sanding – Sand back a kitchen cabinet wall (about 0.5cm–1cm) that’s been water damaged so a washing machine can fit. 2. Washing Machine Install – Connect and install the new washing machine. 3. Art Hanging – Hang several pieces of artwork, including installing hooks. 4. Plastering – Some light patch-up plastering. 5. Skirting Board – Cut and install skirting board along a small section of wall. Wall mount Samsung 75” The Frame TV on drywall (studs in wall). I have the wall mount that came with the TV but no other tools available. Must be done very neatly. Keen to see if cable can be hidden in wall (but may not be possible since it’s a common wall).

Just reinstalled an A/C unit in living room and moved the head unit and conduit, so need to patch up the old holes in gyprock. I have matching paint.

Need recently gyprocked wall properly finished off all ready for painters. Original job not done well enough for painters to start. Need done ASAP painters already started. Start today or tomorrow? Wall size 3.2m High x 4m wide.

Need 2 new Gyprock walls - set out approx 5mm- furring channels. Need tools to grind off bolts that are too long and will interfere with new walls . Cost includes materials. Needs to start first thing tomorrow morning. Includes final sanding ready for painters to begin.
