Hi i, I need a handyman for two jobs at my rental property: 1. Drywall repair: · Install one piece of drywall on a wall patch. · Basic taping and joint compound (doesn't need a perfect trade finish – just flat and solid enough for budget painting). 2. Budget painting: · Roll paint on interior walls/surfaces. · One solid coat (two quick coats if time allows). · Minimal cutting in – clean enough for a rental. What I supply: · Drywall sheet, joint compound, paint, rollers, trays, drop sheets. What you supply: · Your own basic tools (trowel, taping knife, paintbrushes, drywall saw). Important: I have a physical disability and cannot lift or carry materials. You must be able to carry a drywall sheet and paint buckets yourself. Please only offer if you are physically capable. Need a half wall gyprocked and a side wall repaired. Have scaffolding here if can do the job this week.

We have a new wall being build to create a small kitchen. Wall is 2.4 metres high x 1.8 metres wide. Both sides need doing.. with cornice both sides. We need it done either this Friday or Saturday. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 17 February 2023 or Sat 18 February. The Cornish looks like the photo. This is another part of the room as the wall is being built on Thursday.

Need someone to mount my Samsung tv to the wall. I have the wall mount and will go to bunnings on Thursday to get screws. Wall is plasterboard. Not necessarily looking for a specialised TV mounter or highly skilled handyman who will quote twice as much as I’m offering. Happy to pay $120 but no more. Curtain bracket has come out of wall and needs re-hanging and a patch up of small part of gyprock in spare bedroom - Due date: Flexible

Tried to put them up myself but it seems there’s a metal stud. Are you able to bring gyprock plugs?
