We have a nook of a room (which can be seen covered in boxes) that we want to convert to a bin room, to store our bins. We'll need a wall built out on the front and a door to get the bins in. It's important that this is sealed well so that the smell is contained. The room also needs a "roof" at the height of the current wall, where the glass is. We'll use this top section as storage so it's important that this roof is structurally sound. The rightmost wall (the white wall with plastic boxes/books up against it) leads outside (the black wall in later photo), so a small door needs to be fitted so we can take the bins directly outside. Research and Install a Numerical Code Lock on Outdoor Gate. I like the look of McGrath locks. We need a lock installed on our outdoor gate that can be opened with a numerical code. It can either be a smart lock or a mechanical key lock, as long as it is: • Weatherproof (or somewhat resistant to outdoor conditions) • Automatically locks when the gate shuts You will need to remove the existing lock and install the new lock in the same location. I have purchased a gate automation kit for my corrugated iron gates which I currently open manually. Pictures of gate and kit below.

Also within this job is to remove two wood posts from the earth and a gate that is bolted to the wall of the house. We are reusing these materials so will need to be treated carefully.
