I have a garden gate with a manual padlock at the top. I want to see if I can install a mechanical keypad lock (see sample photos) on the door handle itself. The door handle there now is wobbly so will get rid of that. Its door closes against the brick column as shown in photo.

We have an FAAC C720 electric gate. The power is on, and the remote light is coming on when the button is pressed, but the gate is not opening. Ideally need someone to come have a look before Monday morning 9am 16 September as we can’t get out of the driveway!

We need a new gate. Preferably timber. The current gate doesn't open and close properly and we'd like one bigger to fit the size of opening. Vertical timber or solid like photo so the kids can't climb it. Treated wood, but i can paint myself if necessary. A simple lock too. Please see photos for example.
