I have 2 sections of my internal walls which need to be repaired. One section needs a new framing and installation of plasterboard. the other just needs repair of plaster. Both sections need to have skirting board installed. I have purchased plasterboard, and can purchase skirting and timber if required.

Unscrew timber deck boards installed around an in-ground spa, and then replace same boards in same position afterwards. Approx 15 metres (linear running metres). Boards and deck screws must not be damaged in the process. Purpose of lifting of boards is to enable us to clean area underneath the decking. It MUST be done by end of tomorrow. Anytime today or tomorrow except 2.30pm-3pm tomorrow.

Looking for someone experienced to remove and dispose of damaged floating timber flooring from two connected rooms at my home. The flooring is laid over a concrete slab. Scope of Work: Room 1 (Rumpus Room): approx. 7m x 6m Room 2 (Smaller office-style room): approx. 4m x 4m Flooring sits over a concrete slab Remove all timber floorboards, trims/skirting if required Clean and inspect the slab Apply moisture sealant/barrier to slab to prepare for new flooring All timber and waste to be fully removed and taken offsite This is a prep job before new flooring is installed (by others). Must be experienced with slab-based floor removal and moisture sealing. Bring your own tools and materials.

Need someone to remove old lino, sand and apply 2 coats clear varnish hard wood floors in a bathroom, kitchen and powder room. See attached pic for indication of the size of the rooms.

After a spillage, I had to pull the carpet and underlay pack in order to dry out the floorboards. When I tried to put the carpet back again, it doesn’t sit nicely at the edge of the doorframe like it did before. I need someone with the correct tools to nail down the underlay and pull / smooth the carpet so it sits properly again.

Our cat has damaged the carpet of two bedrooms where the carpet lines up with the doorway (one is a lot worse than the other). We are seeking someone to help fix these and prevent the issue from occuring again. Thanks Mark
