our terrazzo in the kitchen area has water damage that i am 99 % sure that isn't a stain. the surface texture and colour has change. There is large amount as it's surrounding the sink, i have a feel the sealant wasn't done currently from the beginning? I'm very unsure what is the process to fix and the cost
