We some damage on some floor boards, looking for someone to fix asap. - no spare board available, about 2 meters vertical from the wall

Need floorboards realigned to sit flush with skirting in awkward corner behind chimney. Have floor boards from previous job.

Looking for someone with experience sanding timber floors to help sand hundred year old Jarrah floorboards. Total area is around 350 square metres. We already have a floor sander and basic gear. Just need someone who knows how to work with old timber and can get a good, even finish without damaging the boards. Job is in Port Adelaide. Looking for this to start straight away. Sand & polish existing timber floorboards which are original. Living room, dining, kitchen & 2 bedrooms. If possible it you can use a coating that would give extra protection against dog scratches that would be great. I have two & had a coating in my last house which really helped with maintenance. I need a person/s to crawl under the house and hammer in wedges between the floorboards and posts holding them up. I have a heap of wedges. Person/s needs a nail gun to also nail floorboards at certain areas. I think the job would only take between 1-2 hours. Would prefer person/s who have done this before. Entrance to crawl space is 40cm H x 65 cm W. Actual crawl space is about 70 cm H and you shouldn’t need to crawl more than 4 metres in length (which is the length of the lounge room). Looking for vinyl floating floor boards to be installed in a small kitchen over existing tiling. Approximately 6 square metres. Flooring already provided. Floor is already level. Might need to even out some imperfections.

I need two small bedroom cupboards carpeted — they’re shown in the attached floor plan (Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4). I’ll have the new carpet ready on site. The task includes: • Removing the existing carpet in both cupboard areas. • Preparing the surface as needed (clean, smooth, and ready for new carpet). • Laying and neatly fitting the new carpet into both cupboards. • Trimming and securing edges professionally for a clean finish. • Ensuring all offcuts and waste are removed after the job.
