I need a person/s to crawl under the house and hammer in wedges between the floorboards and posts holding them up. I have a heap of wedges. Person/s needs a nail gun to also nail floorboards at certain areas. I think the job would only take between 1-2 hours. Would prefer person/s who have done this before. Entrance to crawl space is 40cm H x 65 cm W. Actual crawl space is about 70 cm H and you shouldn’t need to crawl more than 4 metres in length (which is the length of the lounge room). Please see photos. Photos of the floorboards are marked with crosses where they squeak (please zoom photos out to see crosses). I will be in attendance and can help with a torch from above. I need a skirting board installed in a 2 bedroom unit and exuding the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. I have the skirting board onsite.

I’m looking for someone to assist with installing our skirting boards. The house never had them so no removal is required. The boards would go in our three small bedrooms, tv room, living, dining, kitchen area and hallway. Sealing, painting not required. Looking to get this done next Thursday or Saturday - consider this when making an offer. I will provide the boards and can buy nails, glue, however you will need to bring all tools.
