I need floating floorboards installed in this room which is approximately 3.7 meters by 4 meters. I have already ordered the boards through Beaumont tiles to match the floorboards in the rest of my house. I do not have the underlay, but potentially I can order the Scotia from Beaumont tiles although they only have concave and I need flat to match the rest of my house. I'm happy to remove the carpet myself to prepare the room. Please note that my quote price is only a guess because I have no idea what this costs to do.

I need a skirting board installed in a 2 bedroom unit and exuding the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. I have the skirting board onsite.

I’m looking for someone to assist with installing our skirting boards. The house never had them so no removal is required. The boards would go in our three small bedrooms, tv room, living, dining, kitchen area and hallway. Sealing, painting not required. Looking to get this done next Thursday or Saturday - consider this when making an offer. I will provide the boards and can buy nails, glue, however you will need to bring all tools.

My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.

Floorboards in hallway squeak waking us up at night when someone walks on them.

We have 2 floor boards needing replacing due to a bed damaging one and a sparkler damaging another. We have the spare floor boards for it, may need just a cm or two cut of to fit exactly in. We just need someone professional that knows what they are doing with flooring and can put them in for us completing the job correctly.
