New kitchen just installed so need to sand and polish the floor. Room 7.5 x 3.5m 21m2 . Prefer polycure 2pac finish to match the rest of the house. Would like a sand asap and the caosting put on after easter if possible.

30sqm meters supply and lay and a small bit of repair work

We have damaged Baltic pine floorboards we want o have replaced before we sand and polish the floors. It is a medium sized job in two rooms.

Qualified floorboard installer needed for a ensuite (includes a walk in wardrobe). All materials will need to be included. -Floorboards -Underlay -Scotia -Door transition strip. I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. It's in a smallish bedroom and a smaller area outside of this bedroom. I've posted photos of the two spaces and then a few closeups of the stained areas to be replaced.

Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.
