My bedroom floor has half cement half uneven floorboard at different heights. I need that levelled and then the laminate boards laid on top when it’s even.

I have an uneven bedroom floor. Half the room is cement painted half has old floor boards but they are not level. I need hybrib laminate floor boards put down but the floor needs levelling with plywood board into the joist before doing that.

Scratched floor boards repair

Looking for someone to sand and lacquer aged floorboards in a small room. The boards have some moisture damage and wear from age. Need an experienced person to properly sand them back and apply lacquer for a smooth, durable finish. Room size: approx. 3.5m x 2m (~7m²). Please bring your own tools and materials. Floorboards are preventing removal of dishwasher.

I need someone to supply and install skirting boards in all the rooms on the ground level of my house besides the wet areas and kitchen. There's a living room, dining, hallway and entrance with timber floors and a master bedroom and study which is going to have carpet laid. There's 3 small steps too. You could start on Wednesday 4 June after the painters have left. I would like bedroom and study done before 9 June when carpet goes in but the rest can be done after that.
