10 to 12 SERFLOOR Hybrid/SFC 109/1800x228x7 mm boards require replacement. I have opened 3 boards but was unable to place the new ones correctly. Can't seem to solve the puzzle. lip side are to be cut for perfect fit and i couldnt get it done. I have the replacement boards. I need someone to do a pro job in replacement. The older board got bend due to uneven concrete level ad seen in the photo. I didn't want to use leveling concrete to keep the area tidy so got a box of packers. The solution seems to work but im ok to follow advise of the pro to resolve the issue related to uneven concrete. The budget is kept at $100 to get counter offers

I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.
