Ordered bench with leg extension & arm curl attachment for home gym but came flat packed & I need someone to put together for me.

I need help finish setting up wiring the cables. The gym equipment didn’t come with an instruction unfortunately, however all of the parts is available & everything else is completed.

I need help to assemble the gym bench.

I have a Vuly trampoline and a Vuly play gym I need dismantled. I also require the pieces to be packed or wrapped for transportation. I plan to throw out some parts (the actual cubby, the canopy and the rope ladder and the padding on the trampoline) once they’ve been removed.

I've assembled a Cortex SS3 home gym but the cables seem to be loose and keep jumping off the pulleys. Also, the 'arms' for the fly/ chest exercises aren't grabbing the weights at the right time which makes me think it's a cable issue as well. I need someone with experience who knows gym equipment to check the cables and tension them/ move or correct them if necessary. They are installed according to the assembly manual but I suspect something isn't quite right.
