I’m looking for someone to repair a section of fencing where three properties meet. The fence has become disconnected at a T-intersection on the boundary between our property and two neighbours. The job involves reconnection and reinforcing the join - potentially using brackets or another secure method. 1. Replace 4 broken/damaged timber fence palings. Pailings are provided, but needs to be cut to match existing fence paling. Where pailings are cut, touch up painting of exposed timber is required. Paint is provided. 2. Reattach around 4 loose fence paling to frame. 3. Add screws to door hinges. 12 screws per door. 15 doors in total. Screws are provided.

You’d probably need to come and see to quote correct price. Need to repair the fence at rear of unit which will include replacing a rail and a few panels. Approx 7.5 meters of railing to replace and 12-15 panels. Also need a part of facia (think that’s what it’s called) of roof cut out and replaced. Thanks Mark
