Timber fence getting loose, need to screw it together

Require approx 16m of timber fencing - around 2.25m in height. Also require the removal of the exisiting fence

1. Upright between a pedestrianised roller door at a rear yard into a park has rotted and needs replacing. 2. A small section of weatherboards needs replacing on south side of a house. Less than 1 metre clearance.

The top rail on our fence has rotten quite extensively and needs replacing. The rest of the fence is fine - only the top horizontal rail, in the section highlighted in red. You would need to reattach the top of the existing fence pales to the new rail too. Not sure if only the rotten section would need replacing or the entire rail. The rot section measures approx 5.5 metres long, while the entire rail measures approx 13 metres long. We will take care of any painting - so please quote for materials and labour (excluding paint).

We would like to get help building a 3x5x1.2m fence + swing gate around a new hot tub that we are getting delivered tomorrow. We have lots of wood already on hand from fences and decking that we removed a few months ago. We would love to also build a frame above the fence to trellis vines, but that's optional.
