Metal gate is collapsing because posts are not long enough or deep enough into the ground. Old posts need to be replaced with longer posts. New posts and gate need to be reinstalled into a new concrete footing

We need: - an in-ground clothesline cut from concrete (no disposal required); - a new fold-down clothesline installed in the wooden fence (we have the materials); - a pull-up bar installed in a brick wall (we have the materials).
