Remove fence and take away wooden planks

We have an existing wooden retaining wall which needs repairing. I'm seeking a general handyman to assist me. It’s not large or high. I have already dismantled most of the area needing repair and have purchased steel posts, the necessary wooden planks, and concrete to set the posts. One of the issues is that the existing posts that were holding used to support the existing wooden planks were deteriorated/rotten. However as I tried to remove them I was only able to get so much of them dug out. I’m seeking someone to come and help me finish off the job by removing the remaining material from the two post holes I have dug, removing the final post then setting the posts into concrete.
