Email Bigpond started with me not be able to send new emails. after speaking with Telstra on the phone for 2 hours they couldn't fix the problem (same problem on my iPhone) I installed Nord VPN and it seems the problems began from that install. ? Also I have a laptop that I have forgotten the password. can't recover.

I've had to switch from a company Office 365 to a Business Office 365 for my personal business, and am having issues setting everything up with a unique domain. Also need help setting up and figuring out Teams. I'm not finding breakout rooms in the version of Office that I've signed up for.
