Can’t get my emails to work on my new computer

I have iPhone 12 (4yrs old) that I continue to have issues with trying to use 2 seperate email addresses. I get conflict between send/receive on both emails that need configuration.

Windows 11 laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. 3 email accounts with MS Exchange hosted by Crazy Domain. All email account work with webmail, however have not been able to set up with desktop Outlook. Need Exchange accounts (email,calendars, contacts) synchronised with Outlook clien on laptop. Crazy Domain support can not duplicate the issue. Budget $100 to attend and $200 if successful.

Customer is having issues with their printer not working after a few weeks of use and suspected it might be related to Windows 11 or internet security settings. My outlook is not able to identfy my email address after a recent update. The email runs of an exchange server and keep adding my Hotmail address. Ideally, I wood like to add both addresses like before.
