Licensed Electrician Needed – Three-Phase Power Installation for Commercial Shop

I'd like to install a split system AC in my apartment. Attaching pictures of where internal and external units i think could go and of the main switchboard. Certified installations preferred.

Install 7kw EV Charger Simple EV Wall charger installation (1 metre from fuse box). Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector already purchased (new). Double-brick penetration/access already available (see pic) and I can undertake any non-electrical drilling/masonry work required. Attached is the picture of my fusebox, second photo is directly behind (garage) where power has already been run to an existing airconditioning unit so wall already penetrated. Mounting position for the ev charger is a metre or so away from this point. Licensed electrician only. Price to include required circuit protection, cabling, connection, testing, commissioning and Certificate of Electrical Safety. Install 2 x Ring security cameras (plug-ins, no wiring required) onto concrete walls. Cameras are already purchased and ready to install. Quote for installation of 15A outlet. Switchboard is inside house, 15A to be installed in garage. Hoping to be able to swap a current outlet.

I have ordered a new tv unit and need to lower 4 x PowerPoints and fix the tv to the wall. I will purchase the bracket next week and send more photos then but hoping I can find someone who can handle both jobs! Currently overseas so this is the only photo I have of the current setup. Have included a shot of the new tv unit so I can show the height the PowerPoints need to be at to fit behind it.

Two wall mounted lights installed on wall and connected. They will be installed ons brick wall so there will need to be some conduit run from ceiling. There is easy access to ceiling directly above proposed installation spot. There is also power and a pre existing switches that could also be used
