I have a led pendant light that is to be installed above a dining table. There is a junction box above the area where the light is to be fitted. One of the light switches will need to be replaced to accommodate the new circuit.

We need 3 light pendent installed.

We want to remove existing plaster embedded wall fixtures (on 3 levels with 25 fixtures in total). Lights are on 2 separate circuits, one stays on permanently every other is triggered by push buttons which have now be removed (covered by faceplate). Please quote on the following; -Insulate light circuits for both fixtures and push buttons and make safe for plasterer to remove and patch (25 fixtures in total and 16 push buttons across 3 levels ). -Issue a CoC, all work must be complaint to AS3000. -Location is a residential building, 3 floors.

Install 6 new lightweight beacon pendants (3 bedrooms, 2 x hallway, 1 x lounge) and two new beacon down lights (bathroom). Ladder is available if needed. Replacing existing lights previously installed in 2019. Single story ground level house. All lights in same location as current.

Need a couple of jobs done 1-2 hours 1. Change over pendant light living room 2. Add additional LED light in hallway - includes cut in ceiling for led light - looped wire already completed.

Bathroom exhaustion fan not working. Hand dryer not working. And one other power outlet not working. Just need troubleshooting. Will pay extra if cost more to fix
