I need to move an existing pendant light to another light. Where the existing pendant light was needs to be plugged with a downlight (supplied) I need a new pendant light (supplied) installed about the kitchen bench with a new switch. Then I need a power points taken out to allow for a splashback to be installed.

bar fridge is no longer cooling. I can hear the motor/compressor working but its barely cooler than outside temperature.

Under the floor wires (unmarked) to the back section of the house installed about 30 years ago - after a long renovation - needs to be sorted and connected to main with a couple new power points

I need a qualified electrician to fit some external waterproof power points to the outside of my brick house to allow me to plug in some security cameras (google Nest cam) etc. I have one external electrical box which I beleive has been taken from a socket inside the house and I think this could be extended along the house (about 10m) in conduit attached to the house to allow a socket in the right area. Also need to extend an exisiting socket on the other side of the house which would be easier? First pic is the wall I want to mount the camera and the second pic is the current electrical box abt 10m away round the corner. There may be an easier way but that would take an electricians mind.

I have a led pendant light that is to be installed above a dining table. There is a junction box above the area where the light is to be fitted. One of the light switches will need to be replaced to accommodate the new circuit.

We want to remove existing plaster embedded wall fixtures (on 3 levels with 25 fixtures in total). Lights are on 2 separate circuits, one stays on permanently every other is triggered by push buttons which have now be removed (covered by faceplate). Please quote on the following; -Insulate light circuits for both fixtures and push buttons and make safe for plasterer to remove and patch (25 fixtures in total and 16 push buttons across 3 levels ). -Issue a CoC, all work must be complaint to AS3000. -Location is a residential building, 3 floors.

Got a quote for $2,035.00 to repair intercom. The job is to rewire cabling from a power supply at the front electrical cupboard to the unit 4 BTICINO internal monitor. I think we can just tie a new power cable to the existing faulty cable and feed it through.
