Broken 2-gang switch (see second photo). Replacement switch will be provided. 3. Faulty bathroom downlight (third and fourth photo attached). This requires diagnosis and repair/replacement of components (parts to be supplied by electrician as required). Additional requirements: Must be a licensed A-Grade electrician. Install a light fitting that is 4.0 meters high from top to bottom. To be installed in ceiling that is 5.6 meters high from floor (double story void space, in stairwell of new house). You need to provide the supports to work from (ladder, scaffold or scissor lift). You also need to be a licensed electrician (duh!). Work can only be done in another month or so, flexible with timing, but getting quotes now so we can both plan it. Ignore my "budget" and give me your best quote mate!

Need x2 light fittings fixed up in my apartment

Have 2 flourescent lights in unit, one in kitchen and other in bathroom. They need to be removed and install a replacement Philips LED ceiling light that I have two of. Photos show existing light fixtures and Philips replacement.

I’m setting up a new plant store and have purchased T5 lighting units and some pendant lights that need to be properly installed. The lights need to be fixed under shelving and tidied up with all wires hidden. No wiring work is required, as all units come with power plugs and just need to be connected. I have approximately 17 x 90cm and 29 x 120cm T5 lighting units, as well as 7 pendant lights that need to be hung above the centre table and front displays. I’ve attached some pictures for reference.
