Find a local console repairer in Elsternwick

I need a plumber to install 3x sinks and taps into cabinets at my Salon. I will supply all the sinks and taps needed to complete the job. The salon already has plumbing installed with a hot water system. A plumbers would need to come out and inspect first to give a proper quote.

I'm moving out of my apartment and am looking for someone experienced with minor repairs and painting to tidy up a few areas before the final clean/inspection. The work is relatively minor and includes: A few small dings/marks in the walls that need filling, sanding and touching up. One corner of the skirting/trim was chewed by my puppy. I've done my best to fill it already, but it needs to be properly sanded and shaped and then painted to tidy it up. Photo attached. The backs of a number of internal doors have scratches from my cat/dog. These will likely need to be lightly sanded/prepped and repainted as required. One doorstop needs to be replaced. Any other very minor paint touch-ups identified while completing the above. My property manager has confirmed the paint colour as: Dulux Lexicon Half strength in Vivid White Ideally looking for someone who can supply the appropriate paint/materials and leave everything neat and ready for the end-of-lease inspection. Timing: I'm looking to have this completed sometime between Friday 21 August and Wednesday 26 August, with Wednesday 26 August being the absolute latest, so everything has plenty of time to dry before the property is professionally cleaned. Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to assist with a few minor plumbing issues at my unit in Elsternwick: 1. Kitchen mixer tap is very stiff to turn on and off * Particularly bad after not being used for a while. * I have tried WD-40 with no improvement. * Looking for repair if possible, otherwise advice on replacement. 2. Bathroom basin click-clack plug is jammed shut * Push-button style plug. * Completely stuck and won’t pop up or unscrew. 3. Second basin plug not operating correctly * Also a push-button/click-clack style plug that needs inspection and repair or replacement. Ideally looking for someone who can diagnose and fix all three issues in one visit. Happy to pay for replacement parts if required, but would prefer repairs where possible.

I have 3 minor plumbing related jobs at my house: 1. 2 x taps outside leak from the top when turned on. 2. Inside toilet shut off valve leaks. 3. Loose toilet seat which doesn't stay in place and won't stay up upright. Note the toilet seat is a replacement by the previous owner and an exact fit for the model. Happy for all taps and valve to be replaced.

A few chips in bath need to be fixed

3 yucca stumps need to be removed. They are tightly in between paving and a wooden fence so care needed not to damage these. We've had a first 'go' with a mattock and added poison with drill holes but not sure if this will make a difference or not.

We have just moved into a new house in Elsternwick, Vic. We tried to install the hot and cold taps of the washing machine to the taps under the sink but they are leaking (from the top top of the brass tap). Image of similar tap attached.

I’m moving out and need someone to come and cover up picture hook holes and scuffed skirting.

I need an experienced tradesperson to investigate and fix a water leak in the upstairs bedroom. When it rains heavily, water appears to seep through or around the window area causing bubbling and paint damage to the wall under the window ledge (see photos). At this stage, I’m not sure whether the leak is coming from: - The external wall/window frame, or - The internal panelling/plaster beneath the window ledge. Job requirements: 1. Inspect the area to identify the exact source of the leak. 2. Provide advice on whether it’s an external waterproofing, flashing, or internal issue. 3. Complete the repair, which may include sealing, repainting, or replacing any damaged materials. 4. Ensure the issue is resolved and watertight. Job must be completed when I WFH on Tuesday and Fridays during the week.

Looking for a plumber to replace taps: 1 x sink basin taps 1 x bath taps 1 wall basin, including trap and pipes I have already purchased the taps and trap for the wall basin but do not have stops and hose for under the new basin.

Cut and install two ikea laminate bench tops. Also cut a hole for a sink in one of the bench tops. Cut a separate piece to size from leftover bench top. Install two pieces of skirting board on the floor approx 1.9metres total.

Grind out 3 small stumps. Grind out some associated surface roots. Remove pile of green cuttings. Access down a drive, with two small steps on decking.

Need touch ups of House being sold + painting of a steel gate. Need to sand, patch, fill, minor issues etc. Have paint ready. Want painter for 2 days.

Vintage lamps - two floor and one table lamp that need repairs. One may just be the globe, one has a broken switch and the other the cord is damaged.
