Mount tv on wall in intergrate cables in the wall

My Samsung TV today has decided to stop working properly and I’m just looking for somebody to come out and give us a guide on how much it’s likely to cost to fix it. The TV is about 4 years old now and it won’t turn on properly and clicks with sometimes sound coming on before if flicks off again.
