Clean 100m2 of composite decking. Pressure washer unable to be used unless turned on very low due to composite nature of deck. Has black marks from furniture etc that need to be removed as part of it. All items on deck will be removed prior so deck will be ready to go. Last time it took about 4 hours (using scrubbing). Low deck area (about 2/3 of 68 square meters) should use H4 water damage free timber for the frame. 2. Pool deck extension for 21 square meters, 1 meter pole need to be added since extension sit on a lower level. Put cladding on the side for 9 square meters to hide the supporting poles. 3. Replace the decking board and repair the frame if necessary in the garden area for 23 square meters . 4. Adding stairs :6 -8steps in total Please provide the quote using AUD per square meter and total price for each job item when quoting. We have a small Blackbutt timber courtyard deck that needs to be replaced, it’s 3.5m x 3.5m (13sqm) and nailed to a treated pine frame. When first installed we had the area ground levelled compacted, plastic sheets were placed over the ground and a treated pine frame was built before the Bluckbutt timber was nailed on top. The first job was very well finished by a friend. In the last photo you can see there is a small section where a hatch can be lifted to access a sump drain below. We would like both the Bluckbutt timber and the treated pine frame to be replaced. We are replacing exactly as it currently is (Same dimensions, Same timber).
