I need someone with a circular saw and also a good eye for accurate measurements to finish the edges of my alfresco and porch. Decking tiles are from mitre 10 as attached

Need to sand and re-stain deck and front porch in a lighter colour like walnut or similar. Deck size ~46sq m, front porch size 4sq m, alltogether ~50sq m.

Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter for two jobs at our house in West Footscray. The house was renovated a few years ago and has experienced some normal movement/settlement since then. 1. INTERNAL DOORS One internal door has moved out of alignment and is now catching/not closing properly. There are also two bedroom doors immediately beside it on the same level. These are not causing the same obvious problem, but I would like all three checked and adjusted where required. Scope: • Inspect all 3 doors, frames, hinges and alignment. • Adjust the main problem door so it opens, closes and latches properly. • Check and adjust the 2 neighbouring bedroom doors where required. • Adjust hinges and striker plates as required. • Plane/trim doors only where necessary. • Keep alterations to the minimum required. • Advise if there are any issues with the frames requiring further work. 2. FRONT TIMBER DECK The front timber deck has nails that are gradually lifting/popping up. I have hammered some back down, but a number continue to work their way back up. I do NOT want every nail replaced but I do want nails re tapped and the main support nails to be replaced with deck screws. Scope: • Inspect the entire deck for loose or raised nails. • Remove problem nails and replace them with suitable exterior decking screws. • Secure any deck boards that have movement. • Ensure screw heads are fitted neatly and flush with the timber. • Supply suitable exterior decking screws and minor materials. GENERAL • Please bring all required tools. • Clean up all dust, timber shavings, old nails and rubbish. • Leave all work areas clean and tidy. • Please include labour and minor materials in your offer. • Please advise your experience with door adjustment and timber decking. • Photos attached.

Build new deck. Remove old decking and dispose or cutdown and I’ll dispose. Install new merbau decking. Area broken into two sections : 7m x 2.5m 4m x 5m Needs to be played unified no offcuts.

Looking for someone to remove the existing timber decking boards from our outdoor deck. We only want the top decking boards removed, with the joists/deck structure underneath left in place and undamaged. Deck has easy access via garage, all furniture will be removed before the job. No disposal required – removed boards can be stacked on the property in numbered piles (boards will be numbered before you arrive). All decking screws have square head. I have a section of decking which is outside and exposed to rain / sun and has some damage over time and few of them needs replacing and some are bent ( guess the stump underneath is gone / needs replacement) .
