Hi, seeking an experienced wooden floor refinisher for an old upstair shop with wooden floor of area approx 80-90 sqm of wooden floor area. The building is at least 75 years old and just need it refinished fill where required with product rather than replace panels. Its just old and i think it will come up well but far from perfect - just looking for a good job. Sorry no pics and appreciate your offer. Thank you

We are trying to clean up our toddlers room to make more space. We have a chest of drawers holding a lot of stuff that we are hoping to remove meaning we are looking for some shelves (where the blue lines are) to be build in. They don’t have to be pretty but ideally match what is on the right. In total we are looking for 4 shelves to be cut to space and installed.

I had new carpet installed recently and I require 3x doors to be planed / trimmed so they can be rehung. One door may require repairs where the old hinges were fixed (see photos). Works will also require seal coating / finish to cut surface. Garage space is available to do the work.

Task is to cut and install approx. 2.1m of MDF skirting. Trim, cut and mitred to match exisitng skirting over flooring. I already have the material on-site. You'll be required to use own tools (drop saw, nailgun). Should be quick and easy.

Hello! In attempting to remove a small stain (suspected pet vomit), we have made things worse! This might be unrecoverable - but I’d feel better knowing I got in a pro to give it a shot. Basically the original stain lifted ok but we have water and soap residue. Hoping to have someone make best efforts with a commercial machine today. Carpet is still damp and has some soap residue from napisan. Stain removal only, you don’t need to do the whole room. No unrealistic expectations on my part. Please confirm your availability and equipment when bidding.

some panels in a wood-lined ceiling have come out of the groove. Screen door needs to be adjust or trimmed so it doesn;t stick on the ground.

Carpet repair on back corner of single stair, no replacement carpet but cuttings can be made from a cupboard upstairs to match. Seeking repair of carpet on the single stair and installation of similar colour/type carpet to replace cut replacement carpet in cupboard (please remove from back of cupboard so it is not too visible). Area on the stair is roughly 220mm long, height of full stair is roughly 190mm high and the part most damaged is the round section of the stair which is roughly 70mm in height (and the 220mm long as described before). Can work around your schedule am in no hurry to have it completed, prefer to have it done during the week in business hours but happy to discuss. Thanks in advance.

We have a custom IKEA wardrobe that will be delivered and we need someone to build it. Size is 200wx66dx238h We would like it installed against a wall that has windows. So would block the windows, which is fine. This is in a granny flat and the room is weird shape. The wardrobe will need to be attached to window frame or skirting. Will need it done before 14th July.

I bought 2 temple and Webster closets which I cannot figure out how to assemble. Unfortunately the company did not send all the needed fittings so a Bunnings trip might be needed to build the closet for the missing parts. Another issue is that I have two naughty Chihuahuas who have gotten into the nails etc. and hidden them. While they are also two different closets the pieces have now been mixed up, I do have the instructions for both closets and I'm ok if you need to do a DYI to make the closet buildable.
