I need to get cracks fixed in bathroom ceiling cornice.

Require 5 door jams and doors installed, Eight windows need architraves. Skirting throughout the house - lounge, dining, hallway, 2 bedrooms & sunroom. I have been the sole renovator for the vast majority of tasks on my flood rebuild. When I have hired help, they’ve all looked to me to lead. I learn on the go & I’ve learned a lot but want someone who just knows their stuff here. I am happy to be a helper to get the job done faster & cheaper but I want to be the apprentice and learn, not have to learn as I go and then lead another person. I also need a hand to install the final 3 lengths of cornice. Looking for quote or hourly rate.

Cornice needs to be fixed. Bathroom door needs to be replaced. fascia needs to be replace. Silicon in kitchen

Heavy range-hood to be installed centre to oven and flush with ceiling. Cornice will need to be neatly cut. Range-hood is heavy so either experienced solo or two person job. Connecting exhausted through roof

Hi all, The job is as follows: - 7sqm of new gyprock (where wardrobes were removed) - 30m of new slimline cornice installed across 3 rooms - finish off a bulkhead with plaster (archway was removed) Photos attached: 1. ceiling in bedroom 3 2. ceiling and bulkhead in bedroom 1 3. cornice required Supply and install. The adhesive on my cornice in the living area is not binding properly, and half of it has detached. Looking for someone to reattach it securely—may require a small touch of paint as well. Please provide a quote and availability.

Need to have cracks filled in under cornices that have moved - about 5 to 6 metres- plus a large crack across the ceiling. Also redo where I had filled a section myself. See photos. Painting is not necessary if the filler is white.
