With amazing patience and an incredibly broad knowledge of all things Mac and all things computer in general he managed to remotely guide my elderly (and very un-tech savvy) father through a complex reset of his desktop computer. My dad said Luke was very patient and kind and was able to calmly and clearly guide him through the process by breaking it down into simple steps and explaining each step in language my father was able to understand ( he is usually completely frustrated by anything remotely technical so this was a miracle!)
