I just moved into a new apartment and I'm trying to get my internet up and running. I've signed up with Superloop as my provider and bought a new modem, but I'm having trouble getting it set up properly. There's already an NBN box in the apartment. Once I finished setting up the modem, all the lights on the NBN box were on, which seemed fine — but on my modem, the power and WiFi lights are green while the internet light is showing orange.

I have just moved house. I managed to get my wifi working, but can't get my printers to work by myself. I am an old lady, and not technically minded. One is an HP laser jet mono. The other is a Canon desk jet colour printer scanner . My Desktop is a Mac. I need to also get my iPad and phone to talk to the printers. I am in BATLOW NSW.

I’m setting up my new flat and not good with IT! I need help setting up a home PC system with a dock so I can connect my work laptop to the double screens as well. I may be missing a few cables, I have tried to connect a few times. I also need some assistance adding an Orbi internet booster to my existing internet connection - I’ve followed the instructions but think I need to put my original connector into bridging mode to add the Orbi? Have some set up issues with Mac and can’t update operating system

I recently moved into a new house and I can’t get a signal throughout the house . Only if I’m close to the modem . I’m using an old modem I brought with me . Need help to get coverage throughout the house .
