The computer has multiple crashes. Blue screens and black screens. I already went on a private shop to try and get it fixed, but the issue didn't go away and reappeared a week later. I have two ethernet wall points in my daughter‘s room as I moved her desk and so I had someone move the ethernet cable that went into the back of one point and move it over to the other about a year or so ago. We have now rearranged her room and the desk is in front of the second wall point which is not connected so I would like the connection to be moved please.
