Find experienced local carpenters in Rushcutters Bay

Hi Zac!, I need help repairing a long surface scratch on my wooden floor (see photo for reference). The wood is a medium honey oak / teak-style colour, and the damage appears to be on the surface only, not too deep. Our lease ends today, we damaged this by dragging the fridge on the wooden floor. Your help would be greatly appreciated so we’re not charged a fortune by the owner.

When I recently had the semi-integrated dishwasher in my apartment replaced, the old white “kickboard” (that was on the front of the old dishwasher) was too long for the new dishwasher. As a short-term solution, the dishwasher installer cut it shorter so the new dishwasher door would be able to open all the way. However, now I have an ugly gap between the bottom of the white kickboard and the top of the black skirting board. The task is to tidy this up. I think the most simple way to do this would be to attach the excess white strip (which was cut off the kickboard) to the top of the black skirting board in order to create one removable piece that covers the bottom of the dishwasher (as pictured). You will need to cut the white strip slightly narrower so it doesn’t get in the way of the dishwasher door when it is opened. Then you will need to attach it to the black skirting board. If you think there is a better way to tidy up this gap I am also open to other ideas!

Have a small side table that was walnut coloured, but I have sanded back and hoping to stain a lighter oak colour. The table is not assembled. I do not have the stain or oils. Cheaper for me to get someone on Airtasker who has these than buy them myself and use them once. Can pick up parts in Rushcutters or I can drop off to Sydney metro area

Looking for someone to replace one piece of timber on our outdoor deck. The job involves removing the damaged board, cutting a new piece to the correct length, and securing it in place. This fee is for a site inspection only. I need a carpenter to cut and fit some wooden wall mouldings to one large room, one small room and an entrance foyer in my apartment (floor plan attached). I have attached details of a similar job completed for our neighbour for reference. I have sourced the type of profile we would like (pic attached) but anything similar would work. The successful carpenter will need to attend to do a full measure and quote but I estimate it’s a two day job. The job must be completed on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 January as we have a painter arriving on Monday 20 January. The job is in Elizabeth Bay. We have off street parking for two cars. The price needs to include all materials.

The ikea kitchen cabinets have been installed and i need 2x planks of MDF (bench substrate) which a stone benchtop will sit on once built. Sink and tap holes will need to be cut out of the substrate.
