SITE INSPECTION AND QUOTE PROVIDED FOR FOLLOWING: We have holes in, and other damage to, timber window frames in our apartment building. In some cases the windows are leaking during bad weather so these need urgent attention. The apartments needing repair are on the first and third level (level 2 windows are aluminium), and 4 of the windows will only be accessible with scaffolding (those outlined in red marker in the third pic). The remaining windows are accessible from inside the apartments. We will need repairs to 17 windows in total. We will need licence numbers and proof of insurance. We have two balconies which are 3m x 1.5m which has slats beginning to rot and wood beginning to age. Need someone to fix up and replace slats as needed etc

2x apartment garage doors are needing replacement. However, prior to replacement, removal of partially rotten wooden trim, including upright beams (jambs) and surrounding trim is required (refer yellow highlights). Wooden beams highlighted are 2m high, and provide structural support to cross-beam. Ideally, only highlighted areas will be replaced. Intact cross-beam (or header trim, green dots) currently support old garage doors. Old doors and mountings can be removed to make work easier. New work to be painted to match existing wood. In person visit to quote welcomed if required.

The deck next to pool needs to be sanded and stained. It is 4 x 3m

Looking for a carpenter to build a wider version of this Lounge Lovers bookshelf (https://www.loungelovers.com.au/bronte-shelf-white). About 2.2m wide, so would need 3 vertical bars instead of just 2 to make it solid.

Install cabinet doors and a shelf at the bottom of existing built in shelves. Photos of the space are below. The size is 175 x 75 cm for the total space of the cupboard doors. The shelf required is 175 cm width. We would like a traditional looking door, similar to the photo which is in another room. Colour white, handles gold please. Provision of the door and shelf material is required as part of the job and quote please.

Onsite stainless steel tack welding and pickle of stainless capping rail. 4 corners with 4 x 20 mm welds on each (16 x 20 mm in total) plus 1 x mitre join weld and polish.

Looking for a good experienced carpenter to join a small residential builder. You will be doing a full townhouse Reno top to bottom.

Remove base of wooden shed. Plyboard base over a number of cross-beams. Will also require digging out a couple of small metal pylons which support the base.

The internal stairwell has two flights of stairs separated by a landing. Each flight of stairs is approximately 2.5 m. We would like a good quality oval shaped timber handrail supported by marine grade stainless supports. The timber handrail is to be finished with a high quality light mahogany varnish.
