I’m looking for a handyman or carpenter to help install 3 floating wooden shelves on a wall in my living area (similar to the style in the photo attached). The shelves will replace an existing bookshelf (which I’ll remove before the job). I’d like the two storage baskets currently at the bottom to remain in place under the lowest shelf. What’s required: • Accurately measure and mount 3 floating shelves • Ensure they are level and securely fixed to the wall • Allow space at the bottom for two baskets • Bring your own tools and wall plugs/screws

Handyman or joiner wanted to remove an existing wood panel on the underside of a balcony section to allow inspection. Then need new panel and edging as replacement to match existing look and finish. Area approx 1.1 by 2.2m

Preparation and staining of timber as shown in the pictures. Stain is provided. May require some sanding.Two coats of stain to be applied.

1x 90cm wide wall cabinet installation on masonry wall. Wall cabinet is already assembled (BYO tools and installation equipment).

Dismount a custom built cupboard in Paddington, transport it to Dee Why and mount it again. The cupboard is 255cm tall x 135cm Depth 41cm with 16 shelves and 4 drawers. Timing is flexible but needs to be done this week.

We would like waterproof outdoor seating and storage constructed. Plus inside we would like some floating shelves built and hung to ensure it’s safely secured to the walls (drywall with and w/out brick wall behind). See pictures to give an idea of design.

Kitchen benchtop that needs to be fixed. Is made of timber and laminate. I accidentally burnt it with a hot pot, and unfortunately after a exhaustive search, I couldn't find anything that similar that could work as a patch, so I need to replace the whole thing, this means, removing timber and get a new one to recover it with a new laminate, including the laminate around the sink and the electrical stove. (I already have the laminate, just need to remove the old one and install the new one).

Need two timbers replaced on a deck with invisible nails. I'll need you to bring the timber and nails please.

I need two Bissa two drawer shoe storage cabinets built and fixed to wall (need best wall fixture materials from you as they did not come in box). I also need you to put two wall shelves up in a baby room (need you to supply materials. Images of the furniture and shelves attached. The deck and connected steps need to be lightly sanded with 3 coates of stain, I will need assistance in choosing the best stain or oil.

We want to build a custom bookshelf with some cabinets in our entrance hallway. The bookshelves are built in hardwood in warm tones (or nice veneer) and supported on one side by a partition to be built, and on the other side by a wall. The bottom cabinet is built using white veneer. We would ideally purchase the material ourselves based on your recommendation, but would also accept quotes that include materials. Hello! I’d love help from a carpenter or creative woodworker hobbyist looking for a project to build a fun catio for my balcony. Approx. 1.4 x 1.4m and 2m high and to be attached by one side to the wall as you see fit. I’ve attached some images of the overall vision, but I essentially need the basic wooden frame with a door, the wire mesh, and some multi level platforms attached to the inside. (I’m also open to any creative suggestions like bridges, home made cat towers etc if you want to quote them too!) It’ll also require a short ground level tunnel to the cat flap and outdoor wood treatment to cope with the elements! Open to quotes and offers at this stage (please ignore my $ budget, I want to pay fairly for a good job). Will ideally benefit someone who can come check out the space and get accurate measurements as we’ll need to work around an air con unit too!
