In pretty good condition just a few small areas need repairs where timber has popped out and needs to be replaced. Approx 76sqm total Areas marked in yellow on floor plan. There will be some furniture in the house that will require your team to move around. Not a lot but it can be placed in bedrooms or outside. Location hawthorn east, happy if trades want to view this weekend

I have a tall pull-out pantry cupboard where the sliding mechanism appears to have failed or become misaligned. The pantry initially pulls out approximately 20–30 mm normally, but then the upper runner/guide stops moving while the bottom continues to extend, causing the whole pantry to tilt. Looking for someone experienced with kitchen cabinetry / pull-out pantry mechanisms / drawer runners to diagnose and repair or realign the mechanism. Photos and video available. Ideally looking to repair the existing hardware if possible, or identify and replace the runner if required. Please bring appropriate tools. I'm looking for an experienced carpenter, cabinet maker or handyman to replace the latch mechanism on a pair of solid timber internal double doors in my Hawthorn East home. The original latch mechanism was approximately 100 years old and has failed. I have removed the old mechanism, so the doors currently have no latch fitted (see photos). The job includes: Supply a suitable replacement latch mechanism (or advise what should be purchased if preferred). Install the new latch. Fit any required strike plates or keepers. Ensure the double doors close neatly and latch securely. Make any minor adjustments to the doors or hardware required for smooth operation. The doors are original timber doors in an older home, so I'd prefer someone with experience working on older joinery and traditional door hardware. Please include details of your experience with similar doors.

I have a small IKEA metal cabinet that I’m using as a TV stand. I need someone to drill one clean hole at the back panel so I can run TV box cables through it. Details: • Cabinet material: thin metal (IKEA EKENABBEN cabinet) • Location: back panel of the cabinet • Hole size: around 40–50 mm (for TV cables) • The metal is quite thin, so it should be a quick job with the right tool (hole saw / metal drill bit).
