Looking to make the following changes to our pool equipment set up The pumps are a bit noisey, specifically the pump for heater 2. What we are looking to is to change the layout by removing the smaller heater pump and running it all on the one larger pump, move heater to where one of the pumps currently is and move the pump to where the heater currently is The pipes in general need to be tidied up.

The hose from my washing machine blew out from the tap and flooded my house. I need it repaired asap as I can’t do washing.

We have a new gas fireplace ready to be installed. We have installed the flu in the existing fireplace and now just need the gas connected and the electric flu installed. It will require a gas fitter or licensed plumber. Happy to negotiate on price if it’s a long job

The latch of the smoke detector seems to be damaged (I can't get it to click back in place). Would like someone to take a look and repair or replace it, as necessary. Happy to buy one beforehand if you can recommend which one to buy incase it needs to be replaced.
