I'm looking for a licensed professional to remove an existing 4-burner gas cooktop and install a new 5-burner 90cm Devanti gas cooktop at my property in Hampton Park. The current cooktop is slightly smaller than the new one, so the bench may need to be cut to accommodate the larger unit. Please refer to the attached photos and product specifications. Scope: - Safely disconnect and remove old cooktop - Widen cut-out if needed (benchtop I believe is laminate) - Install and connect the new Devanti gas cooktop - Test for proper gas function and compliance - Licensed gas fitters only please.

New dishwasher needs connecting to cold water. Installer said need cold water tap put in. Existing plumbing is for mixer type tap on top of kitchen sink. Installer said is straight forward for plumber to do and should not charge more than $200 for this, if more should explain why.
