need help connecting washing machine, experiencing a leak and detecting a leak from my toilet

Our new electric gate is having issues. it sounds like it is getting caught on something when it tries to open so electronically it is working with the remote and motor, just gets stuck when trying to open. No issues with closing.

I live in an apartment complex and need a dishwasher installed. This is for an apartment complex so there is a pressure electric water heater under my sink.

My washing machine is showing the F23 error is it a Hisense machine. I’ve followed basic fix techniques online but it seems like it requires having someone look at it. I would like to have someone come and look at it, and depending on cost (I’m on a budget) repair it

In April 2024 we had our gate motor replaced by some Cowboys online, the new motor has given us nothing but issues including: - stopping at the end of the opening and requiring many presses of the button to get there - randomly just not working for periods and then working again Task is for someone who knows these types of motors to consult on best approach eg fix or replace . Believe it is a Richmond gtr 165 Keen for someone to come look!

We have purchased a reconditioned gas spa heater after our old Raypac heater died. Very simple job requiring a few PVC fittings and valves so that the heater can be bypassed when not being used. After the installation we will need a plumber/gas fitter to connect the gas line.
