My washing machine is showing the F23 error is it a Hisense machine. I’ve followed basic fix techniques online but it seems like it requires having someone look at it. I would like to have someone come and look at it, and depending on cost (I’m on a budget) repair it

In April 2024 we had our gate motor replaced by some Cowboys online, the new motor has given us nothing but issues including: - stopping at the end of the opening and requiring many presses of the button to get there - randomly just not working for periods and then working again Task is for someone who knows these types of motors to consult on best approach eg fix or replace . Believe it is a Richmond gtr 165 Keen for someone to come look!

We have purchased a reconditioned gas spa heater after our old Raypac heater died. Very simple job requiring a few PVC fittings and valves so that the heater can be bypassed when not being used. After the installation we will need a plumber/gas fitter to connect the gas line.

The shutter is not opening up even though the motor keeps rotating. I also have ASKO dishwasher which has stopped working. It is making weird noise whenever I turn it on.

We have a commercial gas fryer that turns on, get hot then turns off completely, not even on pilot the flame just goes off. We then have to wait 10 mins before we can turn it back onto pilot with a lighter and then turn it to full flame. Also cannot change the temperature, temp gauge seems faulty.
