Pet cremation facility in Dandenong. Two jobs on our dual-chamber incinerator, ideally one visit. Machine will be cold and isolated. Job 1 — Replace the combustion air fan (mechanical + electrical) • Remove the existing 0.75 kW high-pressure centrifugal fan and fit a larger one (approx. 800–1,000 m³/h at 2.5–3 kPa, ~1.1–1.5 kW, 240 V single phase). We can supply the fan or you can quote to supply it — if you quote, tell us which fan and send the curve. • Adapter flange to the existing riser if needed. Add a tee with a capped stub on the outlet for a future second line. • Fit a gravity backdraught damper and a lockable balancing valve on the main duct. • Replace/upsize the motor starter, overload and cable to suit the new motor. Local lockable isolator at the fan. • Fit an airflow proving switch wired into the burner permissive circuit so the burners cannot run without airflow. • Commission: confirm airflow, prove the switch, test backdraught, run test. Job 2 — Burner ignition interlock • The bottom burner is locked out from igniting above 200 °C by the control panel. Trace and document how this is implemented (XMT-series temperature controller alarm relay, thermostat, or relay logic). • Reconfigure it as an over-temperature trip at 1050 °C in line with the manufacturer's written instructions, which we will provide. Test that the burner enables above 200 °C and trips at the new setpoint. Deliverables: Certificate of Electrical Safety and a one-page record of what was changed and the final settings. Who: licensed A-grade electrician with burner control experience (Siemens LMO / Baltur ideal), working with a fitter for the mechanical side — or one person who does both. Please quote labour separately from fan supply, and tell us your availability. Weekday site access, panel photos and manufacturer correspondence available on request.

Industrial diesel burner in lockout, plant out of service. Commercial/industrial oil burner experience only — not a domestic heater job. EQUIPMENT: Baltur BTL-20 light oil (diesel) burner, 118-261 kW, built 2022. Siemens LMO14.111C2BT control, Suntec pump, Fida ignition transformer. Fitted to a two-chamber animal cremator. FAULT (confirmed by blink code): LMO14 gives 2 flashes — "no flame signal when safety time expires". Burner runs a full start sequence (~27s, LED flashing amber) then locks out steady red. Repeatable. Video available. ALREADY CHECKED: Photocell cleaned, no change. Fuel supply and pump clean, no air. A panel breaker ("hearth power supply") was found off; restored, no change, hasn't tripped since. Likely: nozzle, pump solenoid, pump pressure, ignition electrodes/transformer, or a photocell that cleaning didn't fix. WHAT WE NEED: Diagnose and return the burner to service. Full burner service on site — nozzle, filter, photocell, electrodes, pump pressure, combustion set-up. Machine is heavily ash-fouled and has never had a documented service. Written note of what you found and changed. PLEASE BRING nozzle set, fuel filter, photocell and ignition electrodes. A code-2 call-out with no parts means a second visit and another week of downtime. SAFETY: It has locked out 4-5 times, so there may be pooled diesel in the primary chamber. Please check and clear the chamber and drainage tray before attempting ignition. We have stopped all resets. SITE: Unit 38, 22 Dunn Crescent, Dandenong VIC 3175. ACCESS: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ONLY. Planning permit condition covering testing and maintenance as well as production. Not negotiable. REQUIREMENTS: Real experience with industrial oil burners and Siemens LMO controls. Switchboard work must be by a licensed A-grade electrician — say up front if you hold this or subcontract. Hi, I have an 8 kilo top load Haier washing machine. It's only 5 years old but it has now stopped spinning. When it tries, it makes a lot of noise, last time, it smelled like burning, so I assume the motor needs replacing/repair. I didn't see any error come up though. Looking for someone to come and assess machine and repair if able to. I'm free all day on wed 10/6 and Thur 11/6. It's not really an urgent fix but in the next couple of weeks would be great.
