Appliance Replacement • Remove existing 600mm gas cooktop (details of existing in photo Bosch) • Install new Robam H70 Glass 3-Burner Cooktop (600mm) • Remove existing rangehood (currently recirculating/internal) • Install new Robam 87H6S rangehood (requires external ducting) • Confirm if any cabinetry or cut-out adjustments are required to fit the new units • Connect gas, electrical, and ensure compliance with installation standards 2. New External Ducting Requirement • Create a new external duct outlet through the wall behind the current overhead cupboard, venting into the backyard • Install ducting, cover/grille, and ensure all penetrations are sealed/weatherproof • Remove or modify any internal recirculating components from previous setup 3. Cabinet Cupboard Above Rangehood The current cupboard above the cooktop measures: • Width: 600mm • Depth: 500mm We would like two separate quotes: Quote A – Keep Existing Cupboard • Keep the current cupboard in place • Modify cupboard internally only if required for ducting or fitment • Patch and tidy any minor openings if needed Quote B – Remove Cupboard • Remove the existing 600mm overhead cupboard entirely • Make good the wall and ceiling surfaces • Patch, sand, and paint to match existing wall colour • Ensure the area is ready for the new rangehood to be mounted Additional Notes • Please confirm estimated duration for the works • Please advise if you require an onsite inspection before providing the final quote • We are flexible with scheduling but prefer installation within the next few weeks

Dishwasher overfills and leaking. Possibly fill chamber and pressure switches and flow meter are faulty.

Dryer won't turn on . Don't know if it's a blown fuse. Emptied all outlets - tried power on /off, unplugged at wall. Not sure if it's worth repairing but 6 years old and happy for someone to look at it and see if it's worth repairing.

I already have a RTT and a 270 awning installed on my Rhino platform. However, the brackets of the awning need to be replaced. The RTT needs to be removed, the platform bars should be adjusted for new brackets, awning and RTT reinstalled.

Step 1: Remove existing broken fans from walls (3 fans still on wall entirely, 1 has been removed but the bolts are still in the wall - photos attached).
