So the washing machine works but does not clean clothes anymore they just keep getting more dirty and I think they don’t spin anymore as they remain wet. We can see some dirt and pieces of plastic coming out of it we have no clue what’s happening. Either it’s dirty from inside or broken. So we are looking for someone who can help us fix it.

Smeg DWA6214S dishwasher showing E1 (AquaStop/anti-flood) error. Initially the error appeared immediately on startup and the drain pump would run continuously. We tilted the dishwasher and water drained from the base, which temporarily cleared the error. The dishwasher now starts, fills with water and begins the wash/rinse cycle, but the E1 error returns during operation and the drain pump runs continuously again. Suspected leak, overflow, drainage issue, or faulty AquaStop/flood sensor. Looking for an experienced dishwasher technician to diagnose and repair.
