My dishwasher is acting up, but it could quite likely be user error, so I just need you to have a look at it and give an opinion. Understand, we might eventually need to make a service call, but would like plumber opinion first. I have a gutter on the second level of my terrace that might need cleaning. One of my gas burners on my cook top is not producing a big enough flame - maybe the gas jet is partially blocked?

I have a security camera but the camera keeps going offline and after trouble shooting we believe that the power gets turned off at the plug or cable extension. I need a tamper proof solution for continuous electrical supply to the camera. The camera is located outside my apartment door so is all indoors Available today, any evening or Thursday all day. Replace electric cooktop Blanco BCCT60N to induction Ikea KOLSTAN. Including wiring and sealing seams. Please check the specs of the old and the new cooktop to make sure the wiring is compatible. It's supposed to fit into the existing kitchen bench. I don't think any carpentry is required.

Probably super easy. Something in the filter parts of the upper drawer detaches and we can’t figure out how to lock it back in. The upper drawer worked very well for two years; we can figure out sort of how to make it work for 15-20 mins but then the blade gets stuck on the dislodged filter bits again. I vaguely remember some pieces of broken glass from a wine glass getting stuck once, but otherwise there’s no damage or trauma that could have made this malfunction. I seem to have some electrical issues in my laundry cabinet: since the new washer/dryer tower was installed, the washing machine slightly electrocutes me every time i touch the metal drum and turning on the dryer causes the power outage in the whole flat.

Looking for someone to repair the freezer side of our LG side-by-side which is no longer cold enough to freeze anything. Less than 3 years old but no longer under warranty. Fridge side still working perfectly. The freezer is not overloaded as it's in our office so used minimally.

Certified installation of dishwasher that is already in position in the kitchen and just need to be plugged in. The door is making a bit of noise when opening and might need to be oiled a bit. The spin function is failing. Spinning is frequently giving the unbalanced alarm. It CAN complete spin parts of a wash but requires constant attention and redistribution of the load and sometimes we just give up. This has been the case for about six weeks and becoming a very frequent issue. The washing machine is about 8 years old. Replace top loader machine in apartment. You will need to collect the machine from a local store which will be pre-paid. Remove the old machine (small 5kg load unit - this is not the weight).
