I live in a small townhouse with steep stairs that pivot twice and have a bannister at the first segment. I need an old washing machine brought downstairs and put on the nature strip and a new washing machine brought upstairs to the laundry. Where the bannister is its a bit narrow so it may be required to lift it above the waist height bannister or potentially is possible to squeeze through with hands underneath. I'm willing to pay extra if you install and level the new one but its not required to win this job, if you offer this please quote seprate as I may choose to do this myself.

I want to put a dryer on the shelf in my laundry cupboard. There is a shelf there, but I am not convinced it will take the 55Kg weight of a heat pump dryer. There is a solid MDF board to fix it to. This is necessary because the taps and power are on the back wall just above the washing machine.
