Ashley was easy to deal with & knowledgeable. He did want to change another parts which didn’t need replacing right now & when questioned, he agreed & said he was saving me a future call out. However, in reflection, it was no more than a recommendation from him to change a part which he saw as a potential problem. Otherwise, he did a good job, fixed our dishwasher & checked out the programmes using his laptop and plugs to find out the hours run, etc. I would use him again & recommend his services. It cost me $100 call our fee to come and see what the problem was before going away, ordering the parts and coming back to fit. I thought his hourly rate was reasonable but felt a bit robbed by the $100 call out fee.

We have a Liebherr No-Frost integrated freezer. Recently the ice maker has stopped functioning, the light is flashing repeatedly. The temperature is set to -18 degrees. I have reset the ice maker, and the tray will empty, but won’t refill with water, there doesn’t appear to be any frost on the rear panel. Looking for someone with experience with Leibherr who can either repair or replace the ice maker if required.
Andi was great at communicating, has great knowledge of freezers and ice makers and fixed the issue quickly. Would recommend.

I need help to move my washing machine in the laundry space in my apartment. The door and the left side of the door frame won’t let me fit it through. I need someone to help me to remove the door frame (which is a piece of timber glued on) move the washer inside and then put the frame & door back. The door can be easily removed (I could do it myself) but the frame is glued on so need the correct tools to remove it and glue it back on.
