Our washing machine is giving us problem and it’s not turning on. Giving error

Water is not draining from the Samsung heat pump dryer during operation. While drying clothes, the internal tank fills up with water, causing the cycle to stop. An error message appears instructing to empty the tank before restarting. The issue repeats even after emptying the tank

I have a Smeg integrated dishwasher. The anti-flood switch has been activated and water has leaked out from under the kickboard (plinth) onto the main kitchen floor area. **What needs to be done** - Remove and inspect the unit to see if it's still good - Clean up any flooding in the area - Re-install the unit after a clean-up and reset - Re-seal the kickboard after re-installing the unit **What you need to know** - The kickboard is silicone sealed. You will need to remove the sealant and re-apply afterwards. - The unit can be reset, but it needs to be taken out first and drained since it is still in the permanent drainage cycle - The main chamber inside the unit where dishes are held is already drained and the water/power to the unit has been disconnected.

Washing machine disconnected and now there is some water leaking

When I pull out the oven hood (extractor fan) it comes off and one of the lights isn’t working. The oven seal is torn. The laundry door hinge is loose and the door is about to fall off/doesn't shut properly.

Hello, The accordion drain hose that the washing machine drain pipe empties into has come loose and water goes everywhere when the machine drains. I am unable to reconnect it. I am not sure if there is a new part required or if it can be fixed with current parts. It doesn’t seem a particularly difficult fix, I just don’t have the know-how/tools to do it myself. I’ve attached a pic of the accordion pipe that has come loose for reference. Thanks

My Dishwasher socket under sink only works when switch is held. Likely faulty outlet or loose connection. Might need to fix the socket and switch Arun

My apartment's external laundry room has been recently demolished and so I now need my washing machine to be set up next to the dishwasher in the kitchen. The washing machine needs to be moved from the first floor to a second floor apartment. The dishwasher is currently set up, however both machines will be using the same tap, so they will need to be set up with a joiner. I should have all parts necessary to complete the installation.

Hi, I need a 7kg clothes dryer wall mounted in the laundry, above the washing machine. The dryer will need to be securely installed on the wall with the correct brackets/fixings. Please bring the required tools and confirm if you can supply suitable brackets, or let me know what I need to purchase beforehand.
