Gas stove top (bosch I think) will light and turn on correctly when the igniter is pressed in. 3 of 4 burners not working correctly It stays on while the igniter is held down, but switches off when released. Think it may be the thermocouple but not sure

My Bosch dishwasher does not have any water entering it, everything seems connected and no problem with water in my unit, tenants have been in the unit for three years so unsure what is wrong but need it fixed before new tenants move in on Friday.
