I’ve already cleaned the filter and checked the drainpipe, and everything appears to be fine, but the water is still collecting in the base and the E4 error keeps returning. Gas ducted heater keeps going off and you have to get in the roof and turn it off then back on at the switch for the heater to come on again.

Install replacementment pump in Services Australia office. There is an old staton you open the door and remove 2 screws and then put the new pump in (This is already on site)
