In April 2024 we had our gate motor replaced by some Cowboys online, the new motor has given us nothing but issues including: - stopping at the end of the opening and requiring many presses of the button to get there - randomly just not working for periods and then working again Task is for someone who knows these types of motors to consult on best approach eg fix or replace . Believe it is a Richmond gtr 165 Keen for someone to come look!

I have a Heat n Glo Mezzo 1300 AUB fireplace. It has a RC300 remote. The remote has always worked but this morning it has somehow un-paired itself from the fireplace. The remote is still fully functional, just not communicating with the fireplace anymore. Need help finding the control module for the fireplace, and putting it in pair mode again so that the remote will work again. Fireplace is a 2-sided see through fireplace that's built into a floating wall. I've removed the front panels but haven't been able to obviously see the control module.
