I've just moved into new apartment and a couple of the taps are leaking and need new washers. Might as well do them all at once! There are three mixer taps (1x kitchen, 2x bathroom) and four normal ones in the laundry. The washing machine is connected, but it's leaking a lot - would need you to check to see what the problem is (hopefully just needs a new washer too) and fix it. You'll need to provide all supplies etc. Only after licensed plumbers, please! Would be great to get it done tomorrow (Sunday), but I'll also be home all day Monday if that works better.

Have cleaned the oven and have put back the side oven racks, however not correctly, as can't slide the oven trays back in. Need assistance with fitting the side oven racks back correctly so the oven trays can slide in okay. Need to have good handyperson skills. Probably needs to be completed during daylight hours, so you can see easily where oven side racks line up at back of oven. Thanks.

We have an existing gas cooktop that we want to replace. The current cooktop is a 85cm * 50cm, 6 burner gas cooktop mounted on top of a marble kitchen bench. I’ve attached the current setup below. The new one we are trying to install is a SMEG gas + electric cooktop, item number SAIG3953B. Size of which is 90 *50cm. We would like to get an inspection and a quote for the job. For the inspection, we would like to know the following. 1, do you need to cut further on the marble bench in order to fit the new cooktop, and how much does it cost. 2, do you need to rewire the current electrical circuit and how much dues it cost. 3, how much for the installation. Doesn’t move with full load, but if load rescued to a couple of wet clothes it runs ok, sometimes need to stop - start couple of times. After a few minutes we can add more clothes and then runs with full Load. Possibly motor issue, but not sure.

My dryer isn’t turning on

Our ILVE brand rangehood fan has been turning on automatically throughout the day. We've tried to clean it as best as possible, but unsure if this is due to a build up of things or a trippy wire. Looking to get an approximate quote to fix something like this.
