Mount large mirror (IKEA HOVET): • Mirror weighs around 20 kg and comes with two IKEA safety brackets (L-shaped pieces for anti-tip support). Need you to make it renter friendly so get it right the first time please • I’d like it mounted on the wall above a fuse box using proper wall anchors or a heavy-duty hanging method (e.g. French cleat or toggle bolts). • Wall is plasterboard — so I’ll need suitable heavy-duty fixings (please bring your own). • Happy for you to use the supplied brackets as safety restraints once it’s mounted. Repair of Electrolux EWF 1074 washing machine. Machine no longer finishes any cycle and stops randomly without error code. This affects hot and cold cycles, spin cycle and drain cycle. Door lock, motor, water inlet, inlet valve, pump, filter, outlet hose were all checked and work fine. Unable to check water level sensor, thermostat and heating element. But all cycles start normal, so these elements may not play a role. ChatGPT suggests that the main board may need to be replaced, but this part is no longer available from Electrolux. Need diagnosis and replacement of defective part to get machine back in working order. Please provide total cost estimate first so I can decide if repair is financially viable.

I think would require pulling the oven out to check the cutout size, and then putting it back in, as we can't change the cutout size of the bench (it's stone), and having a look at our switchboard as I assume we'll need an upgrade to accommodate any new stove. I'm aware we need to get the gas on our current stove capped before proceeding with any install, but I just wanted to check it was even possible before we line up the plumber! Summary: - Assessing current stove cutout size - Switchboard capability - Any compliance measurements (e.g. stove to rangehood, stove to splashback) we might need to consider

originally supposed to be installed by provider company but apparently he quoted our case needed a longer water pipe than a standard one. need a licensed tradie with the pipe (hose and power cord is already here) who can provide invoice. thanks
