Hi, I have a Brivis Buffalo 85 gas ducted heater that needs checking. I was able to relight the pilot light manually and it stays on consistently, so gas supply seems OK. However, when I turn the system on: * The fan/blower runs * But there is no heat coming through (no burner ignition) Additional notes: * The igniter button doesn’t work (no clicking), so pilot has to be lit manually * The thermostat previously showed low/flat batteries and may have been set incorrectly (cool mode), but even after adjusting, the fan runs without heat * The unit looks like it hasn’t been used in a while and may need a service It seems like the main burners are not igniting despite the pilot being lit.

Parlux blow dryer, one of the pins on the plug has snapped off, needs to be replaced. Being a professional blow dryer the cord is 3m long.

Hi, We have a fault with our Classeq commercial dishwasher and need a technician visit. Issue: The start button is glowing red and the machine will not initiate a wash cycle after powering on and waiting several minutes. Troubleshooting already completed: • Rinse aid level checked and confirmed OK • Detergent level checked and confirmed OK • Tank cleaned out • Hard reset attempted (held power button) Display readings at time of fault: • Wash temp: 55°C • Rinse temp: 76°C Suspected cause: Possible boiler, heating element, temperature sensor fault, water inlet issue, or door latch microswitch fault — machine appears to be detecting a condition that is preventing cycle start. Please advise on next available service time. Thank you

My dryer isn’t turning - it switched on but ghastly stopped turning.

My clothes dryer seems to have an issue. I think something is caught or broken impacting the barrel roll. I’d like someone qualified or expert to advise whether it can be fixed and, if so, fix it. Am flexible with time, an evening after work might suit.

My Westinghouse fridge needs repair. Freezer still works perfectly but fridge is no longer cooling properly. Tried defrosting and fan appears to be making (some) sound. Likely needs a damper replacement but TBC.
