We moved the day before yesterday from Sydney Fridge is not working but the freezer is. Not sure whats happening we have left it on for 12 hours above and its still not working 80 is for call out and my initial budget, happy to renegotiate upon visit if anything else is needed.

Fisher & Paykel dryer is not heating up but spinning - could be due to thermostat trip due to lint buildup

Located in Franklin street apartment/unit in Melbourne CBD. 1. Stovetop only has one active burner despite a thorough clean using vinegar. Stovetop itself either needs to be replaced or fixed - whichever is cheaper and restores functionality sooner than later. 2. Oven has an electrical burn smell when I use it. May be an electrical issue. Knobs on the oven are falling off off, too, and may need replacing. Cheapest quote with the highest customer ratings gets the job and my gratitude!

Bought a new Baumer-Ag 61kg plate compactor about 3 months ago. Accidentally overfilled it with engine oil. Need someone to service it and likely replace filters etc to get it running properly again. Let me know if you can fix it up. Cheers Luke
