My dog has crewed the wooden window frames. I need them repaired without replaceing the whole frames.

Two rollers are broken and need replacing on my old screen door. Just can't work it out myself and don't want to mess it up! :)

I need to change 3 window crank in total -Builder gave me a non working window crank, I need to install it to manual crank. There is gap in window and air comes through making room cold. Builder is not responding need to fix urgent. Note - I have 3 new crank, just need some one to fix them.
