I had BT ethernet cables installed on moving into a flat, however have had complaints from building about the installation, and having this gap for fire safety concerns etc. I've changed to Virgin which is connected from a different spot so the current cables can just be completely removed, and have this gap refilled and made good.

Looking for an experienced handyman to repair structural damage around an interior door latch and properly re-secure the door handle. What needs to be done: Wood Repair: The timber along the edge and face of the door is splintered and damaged around the latch plate and handle mount. The screw holes need to be filled, reinforced, or repaired (using wood filler, dowels, or appropriate timber repair techniques) so new screws hold firmly. Handle & Latch Reinstallation: Securely mount the existing chrome lever handle and latch assembly back onto the door without wobbling. Functionality: Ensure the latch mechanism aligns cleanly with the frame and operates smoothly. Requirements: Please bring your own tools and repair materials (wood glue, filler, dowels, screws, etc.). Photos of the damage are attached to this task.

So: Living room: install 2 shelves & secure other other two that my father in law put up (but he’s not 100% convinced they will hold) - the walls are very solid brick. Hallway: install 2 x high shoe racks - we managed 1 (and some on the other side for referance), but the walls are sort of plasterboard so that will need some consideration in terms of what plugs/screws will be needed. Bathroom: Install 2 x shelves and 1 x large mirror (solid brick wall) Kitchen: Install 2 x hooks in kitchen and if possible hand a door the opposite way that it currently is. We have all shelves, brackets, and TV already has mount attached, but you’ll need to supply all or their tools needed, and correct screws and and plugs etc
