I need to do wooden floor tiling for room size 12by 16feet, will get tiles myself. But carpet needs to be scrapped and taken away

We would like tiling laid in our main hall and porch. I'm attaching images of the hall with measurements. I have not included the porch but its dimensions are about 2 metre wide by about 50cm deep. We already have the tiles, borders and grout ready to be laid. They are Grosvenor black/blue tiles from Topps Tiles. The carpet will need to be taken up and wooden board laid down before tiling. I don't have the board so this will need to be measured and bought by the tiler. Thank you.
