I am looking for quotes to lay 600x600x10 porcelain tiles on a new liquid screed base. 28.5m² pretty much square room but with a utility room taking one corner (also to be tiled). It will be wall to wall, not working around kitchen cabinets. Will have wet underfloor heating so likely to need decoupling matting. Everything except the tiles to be supplied by you.

I used the Mapei wet room kit to waterproof it and unsure if removal of the old tiles will damage it. I'll remove the shower screen and clear the waste at the end.
